At TrustClothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day return period starts from the day you receive your item(s).
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original resalable condition—unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable).
- We do not accept returns on swimwear and underwear once the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
- Promotions or Contest Returns: If you participated in a “First Order Free” contest or similar promotion, returns may not be accepted. This ensures fairness for all participants. All sales during the initial minutes of product drops are final, and returns will only be accepted in the case of a significant order issue. TrustClothing’s customer support reserves the right to determine if a refund is applicable in such cases.
Refund Process:
- We will refund the purchase price of your returned item(s) to the same Bank/Credit Card/PayPal account used to make the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
- Please note, if you selected a premium shipping method at checkout, we are only obligated to refund the cost equivalent to the least expensive shipping option.
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
- By placing an order with TrustClothing, you agree to accept delivery of your order.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect shipping address, phone number, or absent recipient) or if the parcel is refused by you, the item(s) will be returned to TrustClothing at the customer’s expense.
- The costs of return shipping, along with any applicable duties or taxes, will be deducted from your refund.
